The Foundations Comprehensive Board Review eBook is intended to provide a high-yield, systems-based approach to studying for the resident In-Training Exam (ITE) and ABEM Written Board Exam after residency graduation. This review is divided by system with the highest yield (highest % on the test) first and the lower yield content topics towards the end. This resource can be used for independent study or may be reviewed in a classroom setting based on your site leader’s preferences. – Use this auto join link or search for FoEM Board Review to find our “CBR 24” decks and access systems-based question sets.
– After clicking on a set, select “Flashcards”

Flashcard Review using Anki
- Download one of the below .apkg files from the Google drive links.
- Original CBR Anki Deck – Includes the full text of the CBR textbook with longer cards.
- Updated CBR Anki Deck – Modified CBR deck that has more dense content cards broken down into multiple, more easily digestible cards. Deck curated by Dr. Erin Baker.
- Next, open your Anki app, click “Import File” at the bottom of the screen, and select the newly downloaded file.
- After uploading the decks, you can study the chapters individually by selecting the desired chapter title or the entire book shuffled by selecting the folder heading.
